Hairstyles by Sarah: The Braid Up-do

This week I will be doing The Braid Up-do on molly. This hairstyle is perfect for dolls with bangs and with medium to long hair. So lets get started for this hairstyles you will need a: Brush, two hairbands, some bobbie pins, and (optional) a flower crown.

Step 1: Separate your dolls hair into two parts. 

Step 2: Take a small section from the side of her head (like in the picture).

Step 3: out of the small section you took from step 2 divide that section into three parts.

Step 4: start to French braid her hair ( if you don't know how to french braid here is a good tutorial  How to french braid   )

Step 5: tie off you braid with a hairband. 

Step 6: repeat steps 2,3,4, and 5 on the other side. 

Step 7: Fold the end of the braid (like in the picture) 

Step 8: Put the braid on the other side of her head and secure it with bobbie pins.

Step 9: And do the same on the other side.

Step 10: (optional) Put a flower crown on your doll.

And your done!
